About the role
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, fostering long-term relationships with high added value;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the execution of the success journey from activation/onboarding through contract renewal;
- Conduct governance meetings with C-level clients, presenting results, insights and action plans;
- Perform analyses of adoption, usage and value of contracted solutions to ensure full service adoption;
- Identify churn risks and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, working proactively with sales and product teams;
- Develop and monitor individualized success plans for each client;
- Ensure data accuracy and currency in the CRM and CS management platforms;
- Collaborate with technical, commercial and operational teams to orchestrate the best possible customer experience.
Requirements
- Preferred university degree (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics or related fields);
- Solid experience managing relationships with large B2B clients (preferably in Telecom, IT or Services);
- Proven ability to lead executive meetings, manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions;
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI and Microsoft Office;
- Strong results orientation, focus on success metrics and contract renewals;
- Intermediate/advanced English is a plus;
- Consultative mindset and customer focus;
- Clear, empathetic and strategic communication skills;
- Analytical profile with the ability to turn data into action;
- Autonomy, organization and proactivity;
- Ownership mentality, resilience and a collaborative attitude.
