About the role
- Monitor and manage customer service activities
- Administratively coordinate the execution of processes related to installation, faults, and provisioning
- Comply with requirements to maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs
- Provide guidance to personnel working in the field
- Assist with problem analysis and resolution
- Provide technical support for data equipment for diagnostics
- Ensure the technical performance and proper functioning of machines, equipment, systems, and components
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite)
- Knowledge of networks and general Windows and Linux operating systems
