About the role

  • Act as a Senior Functional Analyst in the Revenue Cycle domain, translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation;
  • Oversee development, ensuring quality, security, scalability, performance and adherence to the architecture;
  • Plan and track schedules, ensuring delivery deadlines, cost control and quality of releases;
  • Coordinate requests with internal and external vendors;
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and IT evolution;
  • Work with IT and the business to define solutions using prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs);
  • Promote best development practices (clean code, testing, DevSecOps);
  • Assess the impact of requirements, design evolutions without downtime and optimize queries;
  • Define architecture, estimate effort, manage risks and drive deliveries;
  • Develop solutions using React, Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and Kafka;
  • Conduct PoCs with AI, Low-Code and Cloud Native technologies;
  • Serve as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices;
  • Monitor technology trends and propose automations and optimizations (AI and FinOps);
  • Orchestrate dependencies, map end-to-end (E2E) flows and translate requirements into technical stories.

Requirements

  • Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in a technology field such as Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas;
  • Desired experience with application integration tools and services;
  • Experience in telecom projects is a plus;
  • Experience in architecture-related projects;
  • Experience with telecom revenue cycle systems (Billing, Collections, Mediation), security systems, vendor management and Agile methodologies;
  • Experience with cloud systems, hexagonal architecture/microservices, DevOps and event-driven architectures;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Must act proactively in seeking the best solutions to meet needs and deliver value;
  • Must maintain good relationships with other contact areas and act as a facilitator with project teams, support teams, peers and other stakeholders involved in project deliveries;
  • Innovative profile with curiosity and ownership in pursuing digital transformation;
  • Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area.
