About the role

  • Execute tasks related to voice services, supporting internal and external customers.
  • Meet area requirements with excellence, acting proactively on all tasks, demonstrating quick learning and knowledge sharing, and contributing significantly to team development and assigned challenges.
  • Research and propose new network solutions and equipment to improve network performance, ensure alignment with network quality standards, and follow resource optimization guidelines across all segments of fixed and mobile networks.
  • Work on digitization and automation initiatives within the area to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Develop and apply best practices for digital transformation processes.

Requirements

  • Higher education preferred.
  • We are looking for talent to take on new challenges involving technology and opportunities for digitization and automation within the area.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
