About the role

  • Ensure that all needs for the best customer experience are captured (including non-functional requirements);
  • Act as the person who orchestrates the maturation of the business need;
  • Lead interviews, workshops and interactive sessions with stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate requests into functional requirement specifications;
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality functional requirements documentation, such as process flows, functional and non-functional requirement specifications, acceptance criteria and business rules;
  • Record epics, features and stories in the tool;
  • Support alignment among multidisciplinary teams, promoting a shared view of the business need and contributing to backlog creation and priority definition (aligned with the business);
  • Collaborate with the business team, business leaders and engineering to ensure business needs are understood and incorporated into deliverables;
  • Support the definition of strategies for automated and manual testing, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and structured, institutionalized quality metrics within the function;
  • Use Artificial Intelligence as a strategic lever in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • Preferred: degree in technology-related fields such as Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related areas;
  • Knowledge of information security technologies and solutions;
  • Skills in requirements analysis/elicitation, process design and translating business needs into functional specifications;
  • Experience recording and maintaining epics, features and stories in lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jira) and participating in ceremonies with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, microservices, events, among others;
  • Knowledge of Cloud (public, private and hybrid), including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models;
  • Preferred: knowledge of JavaScript programming;
  • Intermediate English (desirable).
