About the role
- Lead and inspire your sales team;
- Oversee and develop the team to achieve high performance with quality, revenue assurance, profitability (results-focused), and well-being;
- Develop and manage short- and medium-term commercial strategies to ensure targets and KPIs are met;
- Interface with internal departments to ensure alignment of company communication and strategy, acting as a facilitator for the team;
- Track and report performance metrics and identify causes and effects related to target achievement;
- Support negotiations and develop and maintain strategic commercial relationships at all hierarchical levels;
- Ensure the team is trained to present Vivo's B2B portfolio;
- Act as a guardian of Vivo's culture and brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Solid experience in sales management and leading teams;
- Experience in the Telco/Technology market;
- Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives between commercial teams and IT, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Marketing.
