About the role

The Relationship and Business area at Vivo is responsible for managing the customer experience and generating new business in every contact across our service channels.
- Your mission goes far beyond delighting the customer; we want:
- In every interaction with customers, to offer Vivo products and services aiming to grow our base by attracting new customers or adding new services and products;
- To demonstrate the advantages to customers of consolidating all their telecommunications and digital services on a single Vivo bill;
- To probe customer needs and offer products and services suited to each profile;
- To spark customer interest in contracting our products and services;
- To expand customers' connectivity options through the sale of digital services;
- To ensure the best possible experience for our customers in every contact by resolving issues, investigating, and delivering your best work.
- To be dissatisfied with the recurring problems customers report, suggesting changes to service procedures and corrections to our processes.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential (experience in telecommunications is a plus)
- Excellent creative thinking and the ability to turn a contact aimed at solving a problem into a sales opportunity;
- Ability to communicate in a relaxed and informal manner while providing differentiated service;
- Be resilient, organized, and able to manage your targets to ensure they are met;
- Be a good listener and use empathy to understand the customer's needs;
- Interest in technology and the ability to learn about Vivo's products and those of our partners;
- Embrace change as an opportunity and view mistakes as learning experiences;
- Promote a positive work environment by building transparent and trusting relationships with peers and leadership;
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office is essential;
