About the role
- Prepare sales forecasts by SKU and store cluster, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.
- Define assortment and minimum stock levels by cluster, considering ABC analysis and seasonality.
- Monitor stockouts and overstock situations, proposing replanning actions.
- Support the execution of the S&OP cycle (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP).
- Conduct demand, price elasticity, and consumer behavior analyses.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports (Power BI, advanced Excel).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into actionable insights.
- Experience in demand planning, KPI analysis, and inventory management is desirable.
- Certifications in Power BI, Analytics, or Supply Chain are a plus.
