- Location: Salvador | BA
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the commercial team in the states of Bahia (BA) and Sergipe (SE), defining strategies, delegating tasks, and monitoring results together with the 10 Business Managers responsible for managing the TOP portfolio in the B2B segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in the telecommunications market with a strategic perspective on the sector.
- Deep knowledge of the commercial area, including workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Experience interacting with the sales force to ensure alignment and performance.
- Experience in the B2B segment, focusing on large accounts and high-level relationship management.
