About the role

  • Work in B2B customer engagement, prospecting new accounts from predefined leads;
  • Present Vivo's solution portfolio and support customers through digital channels;
  • Sell Mobile and Fixed-line Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel and customer-portfolio indicators, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that may impact deal closures;
  • Prepare and monitor daily sales reports;
  • Resolve critical situations through ongoing contact with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support commercial routines, controls and daily analyses;
  • Commercial profile with drive to get things done, results orientation, consultative approach and active listening to understand the customer's real needs;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality, sense of responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
  • Affinity with digital technologies, interest in technology and innovation, and ease learning and working with software and systems;
  • Organized, with planning and discipline, able to prioritize tasks, act with a sense of urgency and complete daily responsibilities;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, questioning the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
  • Resilience to handle everyday commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;
  • Proactive attitude, ambition and a nonconformist mindset, going beyond the basics and taking initiative to anticipate customer demands and needs;
