About the role

  • Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives, contribute to discussions on advanced technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful deliveries;
  • Work directly with Architecture, Development, QA and Production teams to address requirements, seeking the best technical solutions and the shortest time to market;
  • Provide matrix technical leadership for project teams, supporting the development of professionals in a constantly transforming digital environment;
  • Design, develop and implement technological solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Build high-performing teams, ensuring deliveries become increasingly faster and of higher quality;
  • Contribute to the area's transformation and agility by rethinking processes, defining new ways of working and shifting focus toward product and customer orientation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a computing field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or related areas (preferred);
  • Specialization, postgraduate degree or MBA;
  • Strong technical experience;
  • Hands-on experience in Software Engineering;
  • Practical experience in people management;
  • Practical experience developing projects using agile and waterfall methodologies;
  • Experience in solution and integration architecture design;
  • Experience in software development, troubleshooting, observability and system support/maintenance;
  • Advanced English;
