About the role

  • Analyze and interpret financial and operational information, preparing strategic reports to support the market and regulatory bodies;
  • Prepare data and documents to comply with obligations to B3, CVM, SEC and other entities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian and U.S. market regulations;
  • Gather information from various internal areas to prepare periodic reports and communications to the market;
  • Contribute to preparing the underlying data and materials for quarterly disclosure documents, such as the Earnings Release and Results Presentation;
  • Support executives in meetings with domestic and international analysts and investors, providing accurate information about the Company;
  • Ensure the Investor Relations website is kept up to date;
  • Prepare monthly reports on the company’s shareholder composition and principal shareholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, International Relations, etc.), with relevant knowledge in corporate finance and financial statement analysis;
  • Fluent English is essential. Advanced Spanish is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Bloomberg, Ipreo, Broadcast and Empresas.Net is a plus;
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
