About the role

  • Proficiency in SAP RE;
  • Monitor the team's weekly results to consolidate efficiency indicators;
  • Record contract terms and financial indices that underpin adjustments/corrections during the contractual term;
  • Manage contract terms, signaling approaching expiry dates;
  • Support the negotiation team by updating the contract's financial flow using calculation memos (including pro-rata);
  • Interact with accounting to mitigate risks or impacts that could cause financial losses;
  • Participate in internal audits, consolidating information identified and verified by the negotiation team for lease contracts of stores, administrative sites, and technical sites;
  • Manage the insurance database;
  • Participate in external (SOX) audits of lease contracts for stores, administrative sites, and technical sites, contributing to excellent outcomes;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Proficiency in SAP or SAP RE.
