About the role

Inventory Audit, Stock Control and Accounting: Perform physical and system audits of supplier-managed inventories, identify discrepancies and apply corrective measures according to contractual clauses.
Asset Management: Plan, control and monitor assets in use and in stock, ensuring updates in the CMDB and corporate tools (e.g., VivoNow, SCCM, MDM).
Governance and Compliance: Implement internal controls aligned with ISO 55000 and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring logical and physical compliance of assets.
Systems Integration: Ensure consistency between CMDB, Active Directory (AD), SCCM and MDM, and monitor indicators such as compliance rate and inventory coverage, among others.
Supplier Management: Monitor SLAs, shipping processes, reverse logistics and penalties for deviations, ensuring operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Reports and Metrics: Create dashboards and analyses in Power BI to track KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, average update time, asset-related incidents).

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Logistics or related fields.
Experience in stock auditing, asset management and logistics processes.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 55000, CMDB and ITSM tools.
Advanced Excel, Power BI and ERP system proficiency.
Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail to identify inconsistencies.
Assertive communication for interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
Negotiation skills and conflict management in audit processes.
Proactivity and organizational skills to conduct inventories and propose improvements.
Certifications in Internal Auditing, ITIL or Asset Management (CAMA, CFAM) are a plus.
Experience with automated integrations between Intune, ServiceNow (SNOW) and CMDB.
Key metrics to monitor: asset compliance rate in the CMDB; percentage accuracy of physical vs. logical inventory; average time to remediate discrepancies; reduction in logistics costs and penalties applied.
