About the role
- Monitoring Critical Processes
- Monitor and validate equipment deliveries during Onboarding and removals during Offboarding, ensuring deadlines are met and the supplier’s service quality is maintained.
- KPI and Penalty Management
- Control KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, signed acceptance forms and process completion percentage to avoid contractual penalties.
- Governance and Control
- Ensure asset traceability in the CMDB and corporate systems (e.g., VivoNow), with evidence and audit trails.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in Onboarding/Offboarding flows and propose adjustments to reduce failures and increase operational efficiency.
- User Experience
- Act to ensure employees have functional equipment from day one, avoiding productivity impacts.
- Supplier Management
- Request corrective actions in critical cases and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred — degree certificate upon completion
- Basic knowledge of asset management, IT processes and performance indicators.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI and ITSM systems (e.g., VivoNow).
- Basic understanding of compliance and asset governance.
- Organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in processes.
- Clear and assertive communication for interactions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactive with critical thinking to identify risks and propose improvements.
- Focused on user experience and service quality.
