About the role

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering development, engagement and high performance.
  • Oversee the full accounting cycle, including monthly, quarterly and annual closings, and reconciliation of all balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to international standards (IFRS/CPC), internal policies and regulatory requirements, enhancing the reliability of financial statements.
  • Act as an innovation driver, leading automation projects, systems integration (ERP, BI) and digital transformation.
  • Implement robust internal controls, monitor operational risks and ensure compliance with ancillary obligations and tax legislation.
  • Integrate ESG practices into accounting processes, promoting sustainability and transparency in financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council).
  • Solid experience in corporate accounting, audit and finance, preferably in large companies or multinationals.
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian and international accounting standards (IFRS/CPC).
  • Proven experience in team leadership, project management and people development.
  • Experience with process automation, ERP system integration (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS) and analytics tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
  • Analytical capacity, strategic vision, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, ambidexterity and a problem‑solving profile, with a focus on results and innovation.
  • Advanced English (Spanish desirable).
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits, inspections and regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of tax routines, calculation of direct and indirect taxes, ancillary obligations and the Lucro Real (Real Profit) tax regime.
  • Financial statement analysis.
