About the role

  • Directorate: Infrastructure and Cloud
  • Work location: Jardim Botânico, Curitiba
  • The mission of the Infrastructure Directorate is to ensure the operation, support and specialized technical assistance for the IT infrastructure and solutions that back the business, guided by strategic drivers.

Requirements

  • Preferred: completed higher education – certificate of completion
  • Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, logistics and performance indicators
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI and management systems (Vivonow, ServiceNow)
  • Basic understanding of compliance and asset governance (ISO 55000)
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information
  • Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and propose improvements
  • Clear communication for interaction with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proactivity and critical thinking to identify risks and opportunities
