About the role

  • Monitor the project management workflow, requests, products, and services
  • Execute medium- and high-complexity projects in an integrated manner
  • Prioritize internal requests, projects, and activities
  • Assess the level of risk of deviations
  • Correct deviations or request corrections from the responsible areas
  • Participate in and represent the area in committees and working groups
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations
  • Plan, organize, control, and finalize activities related to process changes and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in preparing executive presentations
  • Specialized training and prior experience in project management
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred / Desirable:
  • Certifications in project methodologies (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle areas (Credit, Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, etc.)
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Planner
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience in digital transformation or process automation environments
