Manage a B2B client portfolio, prospecting new accounts from new opportunities;
Present the product portfolio and serve customers via digital channels (Inside Sales);
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, and value‑added services;
Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyze, plan and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
Monitor the transaction flow, identifying blockers, backlog and pending issues that could prevent or delay a sale;
Manage daily reports to track sales;
Act to resolve critical situations through recurring customer contact and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results‑oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the customer;
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality, treat and position yourself as the expert on your client portfolio;
Digital: attuned to technology and innovation; quick to learn and use software and systems;
Organizational skills, planning and discipline: sense of urgency, effectively prioritizes tasks and completes them during the day;
