About the role

  • Manage a B2B client portfolio, prospecting new accounts from new opportunities;
  • Present the product portfolio and serve customers via digital channels (Inside Sales);
  • Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, and value‑added services;
  • Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyze, plan and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
  • Monitor the transaction flow, identifying blockers, backlog and pending issues that could prevent or delay a sale;
  • Manage daily reports to track sales;
  • Act to resolve critical situations through recurring customer contact and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results‑oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the customer;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality, treat and position yourself as the expert on your client portfolio;
  • Digital: attuned to technology and innovation; quick to learn and use software and systems;
  • Organizational skills, planning and discipline: sense of urgency, effectively prioritizes tasks and completes them during the day;
  • Curiosity: eager to keep learning, propose new solutions and challenge the status quo;
  • Resilience: ability to handle adversity and turn difficulties into learnings for future actions;
  • Ambition, initiative and a drive to go beyond the basics: proactively anticipate customer demand and needs;
