Medical Assistant, Clinical Service Specialist
Vivo Infusion®Medical Assistant supporting clinical operations at Vivo Infusion. Assisting patients and medical staff while managing administrative duties in Beachwood and Mentor, OH.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcoming patients, assisting medical staff, and delivering safe, compassionate care.
- Communicate pertinent patient data to providers and nurses to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
- Assist with scheduling, manage phone calls, and process payments.
- Oversees and ensures efficient turnover of exam rooms.
- Support administrative functions and intake medical deliveries as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent, required.
- Medical Assistant Certification, preferred
- CPR/BLS, required prior to start date.
- Oncology or infusion experience
- 1 year of experience working within a clinical environment, required.
- 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role, required.
- Phlebotomy and lab processing skills, preferred.
