Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the development backlog, project timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps in Jira—ensuring tasks are clear, scoped, estimated, and prioritized in alignment with management directives
Participate in daily/weekly planning sessions (Kanban-based); track progress, identify risks early, drive blockers to resolution, and continuously improve team processes
Collaborate with developers to translate features and requirements into clear, actionable tasks through a structured requirement specification process
Maintain project documentation up-to-date, including meeting notes, Confluence Spaces, and process blueprints
Participate in cross-functional product planning sessions; manage administrative coordination, communication, and timeline tracking
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and senior management and other stakeholders—translating directives into development-ready tasks and delivering concise progress updates and milestone summaries
Serve as a point of contact for client-facing communications when needed
Coordinate integration timelines and delivery commitments with external vendors and service providers as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a relevant field (project management, business, technology, or similar)
3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical PM, or Delivery Manager in a software or technology company, with a proven track record of working directly with software development teams.
Solid working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)—comfortable with technical terminology (APIs, pull requests, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure)
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or similar platforms
Experienced working in Agile environments
Strong written and verbal communication in English - Comfortable managing expectations of and presenting to C-level stakeholders and strategic clients
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
