About the role
- Own the BI lifecycle from analysis to visualization.
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards across departments, including operations, risk, sales, and account management.
- Partner with managers to understand objectives, define analytical requirements, and translate business questions into clear data models and reporting needs.
- Translate and interpret data into insights that help managers understand performance and make informed operational and commercial decisions.
- Create real-time notification systems using Power BI and Jira to alert department heads about urgent anomalies or risks.
- Act as an embedded partner for various stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a BI/Data Analyst role
- Advanced Excel knowledge: Pivot tables, Complex formulas, Logical analysis, large datasets
- Strong proficiency with Power BI: Data collection and integration, Data analysis and visualization, Database and data model maintenance
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Jira or scripting for automated workflows
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or other high-paced industries
