About the role

  • Processing customer orders via our ticketing system and CRM
  • Maintaining and updating data and documenting activities in the CRM system
  • Researching potential leads and supporting internal projects
  • Preparing and following up on conferences, campaigns and events
  • Supporting the team with individual requests and operational matters

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (e.g., Health Management, Business Administration or similar)
  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles, with CRM systems or in project work is a plus but not required
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy research and data maintenance
  • You are well organized and can reliably prioritize tasks
  • Very good German skills; English skills are a plus
  • You enjoy working remotely, are self-motivated and reliable
  • You are a team player and happy to support projects, campaigns and events
