About the role

  • You take full responsibility for the performance and target achievement of the Doctor Sales & Success (DSS) team.
  • Take ownership of and further develop the DSS OKRs in close collaboration with the Team Leads and in coordination with other company departments.
  • Evolve the leadership structure within the DSS team; ensure clarity, accountability and a high-performing, motivating environment.
  • Embody Vivira’s values and actively contribute to the ongoing development of the company culture.
  • Continuously optimize and implement lean, effective sales processes.
  • Deliver systematic up-skilling, hands-on training and the establishment of sustainable knowledge management.
  • Introduce and evaluate best practices from (digital) healthcare, pharma or MedTech for a Vivira-specific sales approach.
  • Optimize interfaces and workflows within Doctor Sales & Success as well as with other areas (e.g. Marketing).

Requirements

  • You have a strong track record in Sales and Customer Success with several years of leadership experience—ideally in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • You have proven expertise in B2B (digital) healthcare, pharma or MedTech and are confident leading regional and decentralized teams.
  • You lead clearly, collaboratively and with mutual respect.
  • You have strong process and structural competence: automation, standardization and continuous optimization are part of your toolkit.
  • You work in a data- and KPI-driven way, analyze confidently and make evidence-based decisions.
  • You embrace operational responsibility and aim to directly contribute at leadership level to the success of strategically important key accounts.
