About the role
- Want to gain initial hands-on experience in Customer Success and Sales alongside your studies — flexible and ideally remote?
- Process customer orders via our ticketing system and CRM
- Maintain and update data and document activities in the CRM system
- Research potential leads and support internal projects
- Prepare and follow up on congresses, campaigns and events
- Support the team with individual requests and operational matters
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Health Management, Business Administration, or similar)
- Initial experience in customer contact, with CRM systems, or in projects is a plus but not required
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); CRM knowledge is advantageous
- You work in a structured, independent way and enjoy research and data maintenance
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks reliably
- Very good German skills; English skills are a plus
- You enjoy working remotely, are self-motivated and reliable
- Team player who is happy to support projects, campaigns and events
