About the role
- As Product Manager Digital Health & Innovation, you will play a central role in further developing and expanding our digital therapy offering.
- You will drive how we can better support patients and physicians in treating and reducing musculoskeletal pain in the future.
- In close, cross-functional collaboration, you will lead the product discovery phase and identify customer needs across the entire patient and physician journey.
- You will design, validate and prioritize new product and service ideas and prepare them in a structured way for implementation.
- Conduct user research, market analyses, hypothesis testing and data analysis
- Identify new product and service opportunities along the physician and patient journey
- Derive clear insights and prioritize future product initiatives
- Develop concepts, service designs and process sketches for new digital health solutions
- Work closely with UX/UI as a sparring partner throughout the discovery process
- Prepare a structured handover to future delivery and engineering teams
- Coordinate closely with our Clinical, CRM, Revenue, Marketing and BI teams
- Bring together medical, commercial and technological perspectives
- Support the development of a scalable end-to-end product structure
- Help shape the transformation from a single-product to a multi-product organization
- Promote a strong product-led mindset across the company
- Build and further develop structured discovery methods and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in the healthcare or digital health environment
- Solid experience in product management, particularly in discovery, research and validation of product ideas
- Strong conceptual thinking and a structured, independent way of working
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Revenue, CRM, Clinical, Engineering)
- Good understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks in the German healthcare system
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
