About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports — performance by sector, new customer acquisition, account activity and pipeline status
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide sales leadership with a clear, real-time view of team performance
- Identify trends, variances and business opportunities from data and proactively communicate findings
- Support day-to-day CRM and related tool management: structure, workflows, automations and integrations
- Maintain tracking sheets, pipelines and dashboards that reflect the sales team’s ways of working
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
- Conduct regular audits and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate data entry
- Understand the team’s sales technology ecosystem, proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing workflows and recommend new tools
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions or automations to address them
- Work closely with sales support team members and other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities, tools and processes
- Track and report on incentive programs, goal attainment and key performance indicators (KPIs) against established targets
- Support quarterly business reviews with data and analysis
- Assist with territory design, account segmentation and route optimization
- Onboard new sales representatives on platforms and ensure consistent usage across the team
- Serve as an internal point of contact for CRM-related questions, system issues and process improvements
- Support other departments with sales-related data and reporting requests as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, sales operations, analytics or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, such as Monday.com
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced Excel preferred) and PowerPoint
- Strong fluency in English is required for this position.
