About the role
- Design and own the Sales data domain within Growth
- Work extensively with CRM data to model sales pipelines, conversion funnels
- Build and maintain business-facing dashboards (Tableau)
- Analyze Sales effectiveness across field, outbound, and telesales
- Take ownership of data quality within the Sales domain
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics or data role (Analytics Engineer, Data/Product Analyst, or similar)
- Advanced SQL skills (e.g. CTEs, window functions, complex joins)
- Proven experience building and owning business-facing dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset or similar
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines
- Basic to intermediate Python skills for analytical or data platform work
- Strong communication skills
