About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute category-specific product marketing strategies;
  • Act strategically to maximize category visibility, drive sales, and strengthen the brand's market position, focusing on meeting customer needs and delivering consistent results;
  • Set pricing and market positioning, and monitor performance indicators;
  • Track product sales and make necessary adjustments in alignment with the commercial/sales department;
  • Plan and implement external and internal promotions and marketing activities;
  • Maintain contact with support departments to develop and/or maintain commercial initiatives for products;
  • Create and implement category-specific marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives to ensure goal attainment;
  • Define and manage category KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), focusing on market growth, share and profitability;
  • Conduct market analyses to understand trends, consumer behavior, competitors and business opportunities;
  • Assess category portfolio optimization, identifying new product launches or improvements;
  • Monitor product life cycles and recommend changes to the product mix or promotional activities;
  • Hold monthly team meetings to review tasks and KPI performance;
  • Assist with other duties inherent to the role/department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields;
  • Experience in category marketing or product management roles;
  • Experience in the healthcare market, preferably in the medical supplies industry;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (CRM systems, advanced Excel);
  • Experience in people management.
