About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve, manage and negotiate with strategic clients in the pharmaceutical and food retail sectors, developing and executing private-label projects with these chains;
  • Ensure achievement of sales, margin, profitability and sustainable growth targets for the region;
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies and action plans to expand market presence;
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring business predictability, monitoring opportunities and defining actions to maximize conversions;
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic clients and other business stakeholders;
  • Work in partnership with other company departments, promoting alignment between commercial strategies and business objectives;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements and business opportunities;
  • Track and analyze commercial performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to enhance results;
  • Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects within the commercial area;
  • Ensure execution of commercial strategies, monitoring growth opportunities, market expansion and business strengthening.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing or related fields;
  • Completed postgraduate degree;
  • Experience in managing, leading and implementing commercial projects;
  • Experience serving the retail market;
  • Experience with private-label management will be considered a plus;
  • Organized profile with strong planning skills, ability to manage priorities and monitor indicators;
  • Leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Availability to travel within the state of São Paulo.
