About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in corporate projects, such as mergers, insourcing/internalizations, system implementations, regulatory changes and other transformation initiatives, contributing technical analyses, assessing accounting impacts and executing the necessary actions to implement the defined solutions;
Execute continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, standardization and operational efficiency gains;
Map and review processes, propose improvements and monitor the implementation of defined actions;
Work together with Information Technology and other business areas in the specification, testing, user acceptance and deployment of system improvements, ensuring adherence to accounting and operational requirements;
Perform technical and operational analyses related to the area's projects and processes, evaluating impacts, risks, feasibility and the need for adjustments;
Prepare and maintain documentation, workflows, procedures and support materials, ensuring standardization and dissemination of adopted practices;
Develop, monitor and analyze performance indicators for the area, providing information for results monitoring and management support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields;
Solid experience in accounting routines, preferably in Shared Services Center (SSC) environments;
Experience in mergers, internalizations or corporate reorganization projects;
Analytical profile with the ability to present analyses and reports to senior management;
Knowledge of Protheus is a differential;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience with the Protheus ERP system.
