About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issuance and recording of invoices.
- Preparation and submission of tax filings and ancillary obligations.
- Tax reconciliation.
- Monitoring and updating fiscal and tax legislation.
- Verification of taxes and support for the department's tax routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education completed or in progress; degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of tax operation codes and NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature).
- Knowledge of internal and interstate tax rates and tax calculations (ICMS, Differential Rate - Difal, PIS, Cofins, IPI).
- Experience with Protheus ERP is a plus.
