About the role
- Act as the primary liaison between the deployment team and the Commercial and Marketing teams, bringing in current-month inputs, aligning strategy and ensuring execution through the development of KPIs, action plans, and monitoring of performance indicators.
- Provide primary support to the Coordinator by clarifying questions; be a professional focused on improving the service level for internal customers.
- Ensure stock availability for items included in the Materials line, taking into account the assumptions for each item and each Distribution Center covered by the operation; prepare management reports to facilitate decision-making by the Coordinator/Manager and other company leaders.
- Assist the Coordinator/Manager in directing analysts when they encounter difficulties in progressing with necessary actions.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator/Manager to promote an ownership mindset and continuously identify opportunities to improve company processes.
- Participate in meetings and action forums, representing the planning and deployment teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering
- Postgraduate degree completed or in progress preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with BI tools is a plus
