About the role

  • Work on Problem Management: critical analysis and resolution for troubleshooting IT infrastructure incidents;
  • Work on Capacity Management: analysis of overall capacity for on-premises and cloud environments;
  • Ensure best management practices for ITIL Problem Management and Capacity processes, participating in definitions together with IT architecture teams, guiding and developing policies that ensure proper environment management;
  • Participate in change management committees, problem management committees, and execute necessary changes in the environment;
  • Ensure correct handling, logging, and resolution of requests related to on-premises or cloud environments;
  • Ensure documentation of problem resolutions and capacity information required to maintain infrastructure system stability;
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes;
  • Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation and infrastructure performance reports;
  • Continuous Improvement: identify and implement IT infrastructure improvements to increase efficiency and security; produce post-mortems for critical incidents;
  • Monitor metrics for Problem Management and Capacity processes;
  • Support the service provider for monitoring items and tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic and Kibana;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure in large enterprises;
  • Proficiency in: Windows Server, Linux, Office365, Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, WSUS, Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic, Kibana and on-premises environments;
  • Experience with Public Cloud (Azure and AWS);
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
  • Experience with virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and Zadara);
  • Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI);
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft solutions (AD, GPO, File Services, DHCP, DNS, CAS, PowerShell, ADFS, SCCM, RD Web Client);
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology;
  • Knowledge of Citrix tools (NetScaler, VDA, VDI);
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and vulnerability management;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (ITIL, Scrum).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Basic English proficiency;
  • IT certifications will be considered a plus.
