About the role
- Guide area owners on the preparation of organizational documents;
- Draft and/or review and update SOPs, manuals, policies, and work instructions prepared by Operations owners, ensuring accuracy and compliance, then submit for approval to the final responsible party;
- Update the Quality platform so new employees have access according to their department and role and handle tickets for access changes and deactivations;
- Engage employees in quality assurance principles by promoting the quality policy and delivering trainings to raise awareness and foster commitment across company areas;
- Support your leader and team in internal audit programs and procedures related to quality and operations;
- Support external audits by assisting with the verification of records, documents, and existing procedures across company areas;
- Document deviations reported by departments, ensuring correct identification of root cause and execution of the action plan;
- Support and implement satisfaction surveys related to Quality, and monitor them according to quality requirements;
- Act as a consultant to Operations and other company areas on quality-related matters;
- Perform validations related to audits of program databases extracted from the system, identify possible deviations and, through recurring reminders, ensure action plan execution by the responsible parties within proposed deadlines;
- Review documentation and internal deviations and approve them;
- Assist in completing qualification questionnaires sent by clients;
- Assist in reviewing qualification questionnaires completed by our suppliers;
- Support the team and develop, update, and deliver Quality trainings;
- Analyze processes by evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization;
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality;
- Work closely with different departments to ensure effective process integration and achievement of organizational objectives;
- Perform similar and/or related tasks.
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree in Health, Quality Management, or a related field;
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
- Basic English.
