About the role
- Provide functional and technical support for the ERP (TOTVS Protheus and satellite systems).
- Analyze and resolve system incidents.
- Execute database queries to extract information.
- Support the implementation of new modules, parameter configurations, and process improvements.
- Interact with users to gather requirements and produce documentation.
- Perform acceptance testing and monitor systems in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably TOTVS Protheus).
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle or SQL Server).
- Experience in user support and business process analysis.
- Basic programming knowledge (AdvPL or another language).
