About the role

  • We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring the effective use of information technology across the organization;
  • Maintain and raise levels of maturity in IT management and governance at Viveo;
  • Ensure adherence to and evolution of ITIL processes within the organization.
  • Maintain and evolve the service catalog and SLAs.
  • Propose process improvements based on metrics and audits.
  • Create reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor governance KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement among IT teams.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver improvements to IT management processes;
  • Create/Update policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements;
  • Evaluate and audit adherence to processes against established policies and guidelines;
  • Update metrics for executive reporting;
  • Prepare presentations with charts and performance indicators;
  • Manage SLAs as defined in the processes;
  • Map, propose, and implement improvements to ITSM practices, workflows, and process controls;
  • Specify and validate enhancements in the ITSM system;
  • Monitor technology-related controls;
  • Prepare training materials and communications for IT processes and deliver training when necessary;
  • Support the review and dissemination of policies, operational instructions, and governance manuals;
  • Lead change and IT crisis committees based on IT best practices, ensuring decisions comply with established standards;
  • Open ITSM tickets for specific management actions.
  • Maintain the relationship between IT Governance and internal business areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Governance, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing IT practices and processes aimed at business efficiency;
  • Experience in Governance and ITIL practices (Change/Release, Incidents, Problems, Configuration, Service Catalog, Capacity, Suppliers, and Continual Improvement);
  • Knowledge of Power BI, ITSM tools, and the Microsoft platform;
  • Knowledge of Problem Management techniques and methods;
  • Experience administering CMDBs;
  • Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, Management Systems, and assessments of IT service management process maturity;
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or waterfall);
  • Strong skills in performance analysis and proposing structural governance improvements;
  • ITIL certification and knowledge of COBIT and ISO 20000 are desirable;
  • Basic English is desirable.
