About the role

  • We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the effective use of information technology across the organization.
  • Maintain and raise Viveo's IT management and governance maturity levels.
  • Develop, execute and provide improvements to IT management processes.
  • Create, update and communicate policies and procedures to meet IT governance and compliance requirements.
  • Support updating KPIs and presentations.
  • Support SLA management as defined in processes.
  • Support governance-related practices within the organization.
  • Map and support the implementation of improvements to ITSM process practices, flows and controls.
  • Support controls related to internal and external audits regarding Contract Governance and Service Level aspects.
  • Replicate materials for training and IT process communications, and deliver them when necessary.
  • Support Supplier Management practices and contract lifecycle activities, based on IT best practices.
  • Control and monitor Telecom contracts, ensuring proper management of lines, data and voice links used by the organization.
  • Perform periodic analyses of Telecom service usage, identifying optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Manage requests for cancellation, activation and modification of lines and links, ensuring proper recording and control with suppliers and internal areas.
  • Keep updated controls on the inventory of Telecom assets and services, aligned with governance and compliance policies.
  • Manage and monitor IT contracts and suppliers.
  • Monitor SLAs and OLAs, analyze performance and drive corrective action plans.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and support business areas in drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Develop reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Support audits and reviews of IT contracts and sourcing processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement of supplier and service management processes.
  • Measure service quality and create action plans with responsible parties and suppliers.
  • Open ITSM tickets for specific management actions.
  • Serve as liaison between IT Governance and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Governance, or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing IT practices.
  • Experience with IT Governance and ITIL best practices (Supplier Management and Service Level Management).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, ITSM tools and the Microsoft platform.
  • Knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge related to ITIL, COBIT, management systems and maturity assessments of IT Service Management processes.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and/or waterfall).
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred; knowledge of COBIT and ISO 20000.
  • Experience optimizing IT contracts is a plus.
