About the role

  • Implementation of the Vivecti Group's automation strategy
  • Identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities
  • End-to-end delivery from process analysis and tool selection through to implementation
  • Development of AI-based solutions
  • Managing external partners and internal teams
  • Quantifying effects and regular reporting to C-level
  • Establishing standards for project governance, prioritization, and delivery

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology-driven transformation projects
  • Experience managing external partners and internal teams in complex organizations
  • Proven experience implementing automation or efficiency programs with measurable impact
  • Strong technical understanding (APIs, cloud, data processing; experience with AI/ML applications)
  • Strong execution orientation and delivery focus
  • Structured working style and excellent stakeholder management at C-level
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or in a private equity–driven corporate group is a clear advantage
