About the role
- Devise and execute product and crop strategies
- Foster product development and manage profitability
- Create brand awareness for the Vive portfolio
- Assess market opportunities and develop business cases for new products
- Execute product launch excellence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing or sales related field
- A minimum of 2+ years of previous product management experience
- 6-8+ years of product launch experience overall
- Experience with biologicals/biocontrol products
- Experience in the agricultural industry, specifically within crop protection
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills – ability to assess the big picture as well as nuance the details
