About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement People & Management strategies developed by corporate, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and targets.
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing guidance and support to business areas on people and talent management matters.
  • Participate in meetings with business areas to identify needs and propose People & Management solutions.
  • Support the implementation of corporate leadership development programs to strengthen managers’ competencies.
  • Actively participate in the company’s strategic discussions, contributing insights and analyses on the impact of decisions on people and organizational culture.
  • Support, promote and engage employees to participate in climate and employee satisfaction surveys; identify opportunities for improvement in people management and collaborate with leadership to build and monitor action plans.
  • Identify training and development needs together with unit leaders and manage all training programs established by the company.
  • Deliver training and development sessions, both in-person and online, to support employee growth.
  • Execute, manage and monitor the entire onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring assimilation is carried out according to the established program.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective actions and improvements to people management processes.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development, promoting recognition and talent retention initiatives.
  • Support leaders in mediating conflicts and handling people management situations, seeking solutions that promote harmony and a positive work climate.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating results and proposing strategic actions.
  • Assist leaders with team sizing and strategic planning for their teams.
  • Responsible for rolling out corporate internal communications (endomarketing) initiatives and developing ad-hoc actions to meet specific unit needs.
  • Support and monitor quality of life and mental health programs.
  • Implement and monitor organizational management policies across the company.
  • Ensure the company culture is communicated and reinforced among employees.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and individual development plans.
  • Responsible for People & Management metrics for the unit, conducting critical analyses and action plans when necessary.
  • Accountable for internal and external audit processes of the unit.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances related to the area to promote professional development, knowledge transfer and recommendations for equipment and process improvements, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for the quality, reliability and performance of the resources, services and information produced by the tasks under their responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies and processes.
  • Assertive communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
