About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for defining, implementing and continuously optimizing the customer relationship strategy
  • Maintaining lifelong active customer engagement
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in the Marketing team
  • Developing a new loyalty and referral program
  • Responsible for E-mail & direct marketing end-to-end (marketing campaigns, automations and reactivations)
  • Reporting on all CRM activities, setting up A/B tests and developing segmentation strategies
  • Working in a data-driven way and making intensive use of tools such as Google Analytics and the data warehouse
  • Leveraging potential from AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a similar role in B2C marketing in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Ideally experience in an omnichannel (retail + e‑commerce) environment, either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing KPIs
  • A creative mindset for optimal target-group communication
  • Experience with customer journeys and customer segmentation
  • Knowledge of various Customer Relationship Management tools; experience with Brevo is an advantage
  • Experience with Google Analytics and ideally with analyses in a data warehouse
  • Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities while keeping an overview of strategic priorities
  • Fluent in German and English; French skills are a plus
