About the role

  • Ensure execution of the strategic marketing plan, making sure initiatives move from planning to delivery with a focus on results, efficiency and business impact;
  • Lead brand management and implement strategies to increase visibility, acquisition and positioning across B2B and B2C audiences;
  • Manage the internal marketing team (analysts) as well as external partners and agencies, ensuring alignment of priorities, meeting deadlines, budget control and quality of deliverables;
  • Act as the focal point and coordinator between Sales (Commercial), HD (Digital Hospital) and the Brokerage team, promoting integration and synergy between marketing strategies and sales and retention objectives;
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the sales funnel from top (awareness) to conversion, using performance indicators to guide strategic adjustments and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Full-Funnel Management: Experience coordinating actions for different stages of the funnel, ensuring media planning (LinkedIn/Google) aligns with content strategy;
  • Team and Vendor Leadership: Ability to manage a team of analysts and a performance agency, ensuring alignment on deadlines, budget and delivery quality;
  • CRM (Salesforce) proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce (or large-scale CRMs) for base management, sales funnel oversight and extraction of commercial performance reports;
  • Automation and Engagement (WebEngage): Hands-on experience with engagement and retention tools such as WebEngage or similar, to build and optimize communication journeys for HD and the Brokerage team;
  • Project Management: Organized approach to manage multiple simultaneous timelines (e.g., new website launch, events like Conarh and performance campaigns).
