About the role
- Provide analytical support and customer service, handling inquiries ranging from basic questions to complex issues;
- Diagnose and resolve problems thoroughly;
- Proactively engage with other teams to obtain support or additional information;
- Organize and prioritize requests and backlog, ensuring effective ticket management;
- Challenge the status quo by proposing process and workflow improvements and contributing the customer's voice to platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with structured thinking and an investigative approach;
- Natural proactivity to seek answers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking requests, backlog and follow-ups;
- Inquisitive and proactive profile, always seeking improvements and durable solutions;
- Clear and empathetic communication with a strong focus on customer experience.
