About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables
  • Manage full product lifecycle, including new product introductions
  • Identify and assess market opportunities using customer insights and clinical trends
  • Develop campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth
  • Lead go to market strategy for new consumable products
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows, clinical practices, and customer challenges
  • Engage directly with key customers to gather insights
  • Partner with Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality teams to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to support forecasting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Seven or more years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics, with experience in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing technical product portfolios and launching new products
  • Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and consumable product applications
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience working with embryology key opinion leaders or clinical education teams (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate scientific concepts into clear and compelling commercial messaging.
