Systems Engineer

• Monitor order processes, analyze them, coordinate external partners and define IT requirements
• Be involved in troubleshooting individual customer connections (internet access and telephony), including coordinating technicians
• Monitor and troubleshoot the entire network infrastructure
• Become familiar with various operating systems and IT components
• Take on (partial) tasks in system administration
• Provide phone support to customers
• Install and configure networks and operate and develop them
• Support consulting and training of end users
