About the role

  • Organization: organize and maintain the customer drive, and update historical spreadsheets
  • Operation: learn and support the use of the main CRM tools, performing tests and validations alongside analysts
  • Support the execution of campaigns (email sends, SMS, etc.)
  • Assist in building and updating reports
  • Contribute observations, questions, and learnings about the operation

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed High School/Technical School (Preferably enrolled in a college/university program in technology-related fields)
  • Reside in São Paulo (availability for occasional hybrid work in Pinheiros, SP)
