About the role

  • Independently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monitor outstanding items and proactively communicate with health and long‑term care insurers
  • Responsible for the complete accounting of our care services using DATEV Rechnungswesen (DATEV Rewe) and DUO
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) for all care services
  • Continuously optimize and digitize finance processes

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting or financial management
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, Lexoffice, or similar)
  • Solid balance sheet knowledge under HGB and at least 2–3 years of professional experience in the finance area
  • Ideally completed or currently pursuing a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) qualification
  • Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or a degree in business administration (Bachelor/Master)
  • Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Confident user of DATEV Rechnungswesen and DUO
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Interest in process improvement and digitization
