About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the platform roadmap, prioritize customer demands and engineering costs

- Collaborate with BD and sales for commercial partnerships

- Drive platform strategy and execute integrations
- Build and maintain partner relationships, manage escalations and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years shipping platform products, developer-facing APIs, or large-scale integrations
- Technical fluency in API docs, webhooks, and auth flows
- Strong product instincts for developer surfaces
- Regulatory aptitude, curious about regulatory complexity
- Customer-facing poise, able to run tight calls and make recommendations
- Understand healthcare systems like EMRs and pharmacy operations
- Operator energy, able to close loops and notice quiet threads
- Familiarity with AI and no-code tools
- Positive intensity, operating with urgency and care
