• Translate enterprise HR strategy into consistent, scalable execution across multiple sites
• Lead, coach, and develop internal HR BU Team, ensuring capability, consistency, and adherence to HR standards
• Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, influencing workforce planning, organizational alignment, and cost decisions
• Own regional culture health and alignment
• Implement and manage the HR service delivery model (intake, triage, escalation), ensuring efficient and consistent support
• Lead complex and high-risk employee relations cases, while identifying and addressing systemic workforce risks
• Drive manager capability and accountability for people management practices and policy adherence
• Ensure consistent execution of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through exit, across all sites
• Own compliance execution, including policy application, audit readiness, and adherence to employment laws

• Ensure effective implementation of HR programs (hiring, onboarding, performance management, rewards, etc.) through team delivery and execution

• Ensure use of standardized HR processes, tools, and playbooks, while managing appropriate site-level flexibility
• Support regional crisis and incident response related to workforce and workplace issues

Human Resources Manager

Account Executive

• Support the outside sales team by facilitating requests for quotes, validating incoming orders for accuracy (e.g., pricing accuracy, conformance to minimum order requirements, shipping instructions, terms and conditions, etc.), entering orders, providing order acknowledgements, notifying customers of changes to orders, and coordinating with other areas of the business to expedite and track orders.
• Function as account owner for small to mid-size customers with support from Business Development Executive’s situationally, including price setting within guidelines.
• Answer and return customer phone calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve and escalate issues as necessary.
• Research customer complaints and support sales team in resolution.
• Collaborate with PM’s, Engineering, and Operations regularly to best serve the customer.
• Regularly monitor customer portals used to communicate RFQ’s, PO’s, requested date changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Lead and develop a high-performing machining organization
• Oversee high-precision machining operations
• Develop, guide, and deliver machining strategy, tooling, fixturing, and process optimization
• Develop, guide, and deliver CNC programming strategy
• Oversee and manage operations of machining production areas to ensure volume, cost, utilization, and quality standards are achieved.

• Monitor production metrics and create actionable improvements from data insights.
• Serve as subject matter expert for resolving escalated issues, defects, etc.
• Collaborates cross functional and with business leaders to develop, implement, and deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency/utilization programs.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that identify, control, and prevent defects
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives that improve efficiencies, including 5S tools and culture.
• Develop and execute capacity models to optimize spindle utilization, labor efficiency, and throughput.
• Lead shop floor scheduling strategy (shift models, staffing ratios, machine loading).
• Establish standardized work for programming, setup, tooling, and inspection.
• Drive process discipline across shifts to ensure repeatability and predictability.
